About Us
Odile Flowers was founded by Onur Dutar and Efsun Dicle Dutar in 2022 in Antalya, Turkey.
Onur Dutar was graduated from Landscape and Garden Plants department from Süleyman Demirel University and then continued to Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago to study Business Administration. After a long journey in USA, in 2014 he decided to return to his homeland and work in flower business. Before starting up Odile, for long years, he has worked as a Marketing Manager in a leading export company in Antalya, which supplies around 50 millions carnations to the Netherlands and UK all year round.
Efsun Dicle Dutar was graduated from Middle East Technical University in Ankara, with B.A. in Sociology in 2013. Then, she went to Minsk, Belarus to study Russian Language in Minsk State Linguistics University. In 2016 she started to work in Horticultural Expo Antalya, which later led to her to get a job in Exporters Union of Ornamental Plants and Products. In this Union, she organized many sectoral trade missions to different countries like Sweden, Norway, UK, and Qatar, and seminars, and B2b activities for Turkish exporters. Before starting up Odile with her husband, she also worked for a Turkish-Dutch joint venture company, which supplies Turkish carnations for the supermarket chains like Aldi, Lidl, Kaufland, Sainsbury's, and Tesco.
Now in the headquarters, located in Çamköy - Aksu, Odile Team works for supplying best cut flowers and greens cultivated in Turkey. Working with great ambition and devotion to serve best quality flowers to European market, the team selects top notch flower growers.
This young and dedicated staff is working hard to fulfill Odile's vision of founding a solid and reliable business. They well aware of importance of handling and logistics, so the best quality products are picked and sorted in packhouse, storaged in cold rooms till shipping. Every week carefully packaged goods are shipped to the customers in Europe, UK and Middle East by road or flight transportation.
One of the priorities of the partners is to follow up market trends and research on customer choices. According to that, they always keep working to add new assortments to Odile's trade scope and expanding its business network.
